Saint-Gobain has been successfully distributing CORATEX for more than 50 years. CORATEX HT is the most recently developed product line. The HT line is VOC and ammonia free and has a pleasant orange scent and is also a popular product for manual polishing of individual machine parts.
Products
CORATEX is a high-quality purging emulsion designed for cleaning plastic processing machines. It is mainly used for color and material changes, in preparation for preventive maintenance programs, for the removal of polymer degradation (black spots) and during machine start-up after downtime. It effectively cleans cylinders and screws, nozzles and hot runner tools of extruders and injection molding machines, as well as blow molding machines.
CORATEX HT
With CORATEX HT you choose a cleaning emulsion that is VOC and ammonia-free, has a pleasant orange scent and is physiologically harmless when used according to the instructions. The product cleans thoroughly, promotes fast soil metabolism, increases production efficiency and removes stubborn contaminants such as oxidation traces and cooking residues. The biggest advantage? Low cleaning costs combined with easy use.
