Vetrotech

History of the brand

Vetrotech Saint-Gobain is a global leader in the development and production of fire-resistant and high-security glazing solutions. Founded in 1980 in Switzerland, Vetrotech introduced the first fully tempered, clear fire-resistant glass: PYROSWISS. At the same time, CONTRAFLAM was developed, an innovative fire-resistant solution with insulating properties. These groundbreaking innovations laid the foundation for Vetrotech’s ongoing drive for innovation.

Since 1995, Vetrotech has been part of the Saint-Gobain Group, the world leader in lightweight and sustainable construction. With production sites and competence centers across Europe, North America, and Asia, Vetrotech serves customers worldwide with high-quality, certified solutions.
